PERPETRATÖR (pt) - Altered Beast - CD
second album of Perpetratör. Comprised of veterans of the Portuguese metal underground, Perpetratör features current members of Filii Nigrantium Infernalium, Ravensire, as well as ex-members of The Firstborn and Omission. Their sound is a departure from their other bands, however, specializing in an absolutely blistering iteration of old-school Teutonic thrash metal. If you heard their unrelenting 2014 debut album, "Thermonuclear Epiphany," then expect nothing but pure fist-in-the-face diabolism and debauchery - prepare for Perpetratör's second strike!
PERPETRATÖR:
Rick - Vocals, Bass
Paulão - Guitars
Marouco - Guitars
Ãngelo Sexo - Drums (session musician)
All music by Paulão and all lyrics by Rick except for 'Black Sacristy', originally by the band Pontius Prophet who kicked major ass.
Guitar solos by Marouco.
Guest vocals in 'Black Sacristy', 'Let Sleeping Dogs Lie' and 'The Doors of Perception' by Flávio Lino. Screams in 'Lethal Manhunt' by Marouco. Intro to 'Hellthrasher' by Zé Rockhard. Intro to 'Terminal Possession' obtained from a recording of Rick's voice by Nuno Mordred at the Medical Assistance of Brussels Airport.
