SZERN (pl) - Antyziemia - CD
Debut album from Szern. 10 tracks of atmospheric black/death metal with polish lyrics channeling the oppressive weight of urban decay, existential ruin, and mythic dread. Drawing lyrical influence from Polish poetry, personal disintegration, and sonic inspiration from the scorched lineage of black metal’s most atmospheric and violent forms, Szern carves a unique path through both concrete and smoke. This is not black metal born of icy forests or ritualistic nostalgia. Szern is the sound of cities dying inward, of streets that bleed, and of futures that were never born. There’s no comfort here. No beauty. No peace. Just the black blood of broken belief, and the final breath of a world that deserved to end.
