EUTHANASIA (cz) - Thoughts On Living - CD DIGIPAK
EUTHANASIA was founded in the northeastern Czech town Havířov in May 1994. In the following years, three cassette demos were recorded, entitled “Demo 1994”, “V chrámu bezbolestných” (1996), and “Nazí a mrtví” (1997). All these works were digitised in April 2018 in the form of a digipak edition “Vzpomínka”, which I initiated under my own label Pařát Productions. EUTHANASIA managed to build a strong and respected name on the Czech underground scene, but nothing lasts forever. In spring of 2012, shortly after the release of the album “IV” and an unsuccessful search for a new drummer, the band reached the end of its journey. At that time, it seemed that the CD called “IV” would become the last physical addition to the band’s discography, still, the passion of one of their fans decided differently. After “Cesta ke světlu končí… (The Best of 1994–2015)” (2015) and “Vzpomínka – Demosnímky 1994–1997” (2018), EUTHANASIA is graced with another “posthumous” release. The re-release of "Thoughts On Living" (2024) contains the same 10 tracks as the original 1999 release. Completely new booklet including frontcover.
